"Good 3* hotel, clean, walking distance (200m) to Petra Visitor Center. Excellent service from reception and breakfast. Good price (100€ for 2adults&2children including breakfast). Free water and fruits in the room."

"The room was spacious with very big and comfortable beds . The staff was friendly and kind, especially during breakfast the supervisor always showed extra kind attentions for our 3 yo son. The location, so close to the Petra Visitor Center, was very convenient. Our room was quiet and clean."
"The room was a bit old, for example the bathroom had some piping repairs where the missing floor tiles were replaced with concrete, the room door knob/lock was flimsy. The safe did not work, the staff promised they would fix it did not happen."

"The hotel is located just a few minutes away from the visitors centre in Petra, the rooms are a decent size, the staff is mostly very nice. They provided great recommendations for our trip and supported with the transfer to Wadi Rum, we had a great experience overall."
"As it is with most accommodations in the country, the windows are not sound proof and hot water is available only up to 10 pm (not related to the hotel, this is the case for the entire region)"

"Location is excellent as it is so close to the main gate of Petra. We stayed in one of the new rooms which was very clean and a good size. The staff are great. They work incredibly hard but are always happy to chat and help. I’m afraid I’ve forgotten his name but the gentleman who was on reception for most of our stay was so welcoming and helpful. He helped us to stay an extra night as we changed our plans and wanted another day in Petra."
