"The location was great. Tucked away off the road but close to town. Quiet with areas to relax around the property. Nice pools, clean and well maintained. Caring staff who were helpful and always had a smile. Afternoon tea from 3pm - 4pm which included different teas and fruits.and snacks. If you ate at the hotel the food was really good."

"After some correspondence nitial difficulty in getting the correct location/address, things worked out and checking was easy enough.
The location was great only a short walk to Aeon mall, short ride to the night markets and river aide. Walking distance to awesome Bassac Lane.
The owner Lily is absolutely lovely and happy to assist with what you need to be comfortable.
Only downside was the mattress albeit comfortable was uneven and felt lumpy, but comfortable enough I could still get a good night's sleep.
All in all I would recommend Lily's House to any travellers going to Phnom Penh."
