"The staff are super lovely. It very much is service with a smile. They are very friendly and informative and accommodating. The hotel itself offers luxury - with a king-sized, semi-firm mattress; a rainfall showerhead with high temperatures and strong pressure; as well as A/C. Since the hotel is located a little out from the center, it is also very quiet."

"I just don't think I'm the market for this hotel. I'm single, childless, young. That was not the profile of the other guests. Also, the food left much to be desired, both their breakfast buffet, and the lunch à la carte. But I would not stop you from staying there. Again, the staff is lovely. I was offered an upgrade!"

"This is really a spotless hotel! We had some second thoughts when we first saw the location, but it transpired to be a very peaceful place with nice restaurants and bars (which gives you a good opportunity to escape the crazy tourist center ☺️)"

"Initially I was concerned about the location being not so close to town but that did not end up being a problem as it was nice and quiet and tuk tuk to town was quick and cheap"

"The staff were really friendly and helpful. They did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. They liaised with a driver who took us to see the sights and booked bus tickets for us. The hotel was very clean and had beautiful displays of fresh flowers. Our room was comfortable and very clean and the pool was great. The hotel is in a good location close to the centre of Siem Reap and has many shops close by. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so enjoyable."

"The hotel is a great location for the museum then the temples. The pool is beautiful and perfect to cool off in at the end of the day or to start your adventures in Siem Reap. It's a short walk into the busy areas where you'll find something to suit whatever your taste at whatever time of day.. We were incredibly impressed with the vegetarian and vegan choice. The staff at Blanc Smith are incredibly kind, courteous and are so willing to help with anything. You must go here!!!"
