"Staff were unhelpful over email when my friend’s room was cancelled, wildly different sized rooms despite being the same price, place smelled of garbage. Bed is a good size but doesn’t fit in the room, no space for luggage and there’s no separation for shower so everything in the bathroom gets wet when you shower."

"Very well located. Comfortable bed. Everyhing was very clean. We stayed in rooms 211 and 208, and definetly room 211 is much better than 208."

"The 40 centimetres step to enter to the bathroom is not safety. We were afraid to fall and get damaged. Please, safety first! The rooms are extremely tiny."

"Paper-thin walls - you can hear the phone of the person in the room next to you; windows which are not closing completely so the outside noise can be heard during the whole night. Also, we were rushed from the room by the cleaning lady half an hour before the stated check-out time and then she knocked every few minutes until we got out."

"The room was clean and good, but the dryer was broken. The wire of the outlet was exposed. I sent a message to the owner, but it was ignored. I got a reply the night before. They seem to ignore anything that is inconvenient for them. I couldn't use the dryer because I was afraid of ignition. This is the worst. There was no apology until the end"
