"The room was cozy, neat & everything needed is within the area. Walking distance from Senado Square & buses were everywhere which can take you to some attractions. You can get walker refill in the basement floor & staffs were friendly."
"Noisy at night, you can literally hear the other voices & talking from another room. Also, there were clogging in both bathroom & outside sink."
"I stayed in a single private room with a very comfortable bed and a small but sufficient bathroom. Furthermore there were a lot of additional amenities like free coffee and tea available on the room every morning. The staff was very welcoming and there was a free water dispenser as well as a fridge in the basement. The hotel is in a perfect location with lots of public transportation options available nearby."
"The WiFi was not available due to “updates” multiple times during my stay and the hotel requested an unnecessary deposit of 500 HK-Dollar in cash or by credit card (only released again two weeks prior to checking out)."

"This was a really great stay for me in Macau. The hotel was very comfortable, and the room really well kitted out with everything I appreciated for a comfortable stay. It is centrally located in a very authentic part of Macau, and is connected to most places throughout the territory by the very efficient Macanese bus system. It was also very peaceful and quiet inside, and I particularly appreciated the use of the fridge and microwave in the common area downstairs. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and I really appreciated the use of an umbrella on my last day as I needed to cross the road in a huge tropical downpour which would have soaked me to the skin within seconds otherwise! Thank you especially to the very friendly receptionist from the Philippines who offered me this, as well as for calling a taxi for me. And thank you for a great stay in Macau!"

"Very nice hotel room for what you pay- spacious and had a sofa, free snacks/bottle of water, tv with YouTube and table to eat at. USB charging port so didn’t even need my Hong Kong adapter, hotel also had an area downstairs with pool table. Good location for buses and restaurants, free luggage storage after checkout. Staff were very kind and accommodating. Best part of being in Macau, if I came again it would be for the hotel!"
