Allegro Hotel

"Svidjela mi se blizina hotela svim lokacijama koje sam htjela posjetiti.Hotel je moderno ureden plus dobro je sto ima bazen na katu,sobe su prostrane,madrac i jastuci su udobni."

"Prvu noc sam rekla da mi Tv ne radi. Recepcioner je rekao da ce sutra doci provjeriti,nitko nije dosao. Mini bar uopce nije radio. Housekeeping nije dosao uopce jedan dan. Radila sam s hotelima te znam da je pravilo da se dode napraviti boravak jednom dnevno. Takoder, jedan dan kada nisam htjela da mi dode housekeeping,pritisnula sam znak "ne ometaj" ali bez obzira na to netko je usao. A kada sam pritisnula da trebam ciscenje,nitko nije dosao. Nije mi jasno uopce i placanje odmah prve veceri( zasto se onda ima moja kreditna kartica kao garancija). Takoder,dorucak je jako oskudan. S obzirom da su noci i dalje hladne,objekt nije grijao,ali mi je dao strujni radijator za grijanje s kojim je nemoguce kompletnu sobu ugrijati. Sto se tice recepcije,jedino je jedna osoba znala sto treba raditi jer se desilo da sam htjela late check out te sam izgubila sigurno 30 min na recepciji jer zaposlenica nije znala kako da mi to naplati jer sam placala karticom. Takoder odlazila sam na St. Patricks day te smatram da me netko trebao upozoriti da ce ulica biti zatvorena i da taxy nece moci doci jer su ulice zatvorene (ne zivim na Malti i ne znam kakva je procedura)."

"The first room we were given wasn’t great but Antonia made sure we were transferred to a different room and she was very friendly and efficient. The breakfast had good choices of food and the location was very central."

"The warm welcome on arrival from Reception Umut. Great location for peace and quiet. Just minutes away from a multiple variety of Restaurants and Bars. Supermarket Welbees 2 minutes away. Bus stop across the road from Welbees ( the stop is ) San Giljan in San Giljan 2 minutes to the street entrance of the Allegro Hotel... A huge thank you to all of the Management and Team for helping make my holiday memorable. Mark, Sonia, Antonia, Umut, Vera, Ramon, Karen, Gloria, Patty and Alex ."
