Tijekom boravka u resortu W Maldives gosti mogu uživati u bistrom plavom moru, prekrasnim grebenima i bijelim pješčanim plažama. Također, jedinice imaju vrhunsku posteljinu marke W, udobne vanjske ležaljke, aparat za pripremu kave/čaja i minibar. Vlastite kupaonice sadrže kišni tuš, kozmetički pribor i sušilo za kosu. U jedinicama je moguće besplatno koristiti WiFi. Gosti se mogu opustiti u svetište opuštanja-centru AWAY®, gdje su dostupni razni tretmani lica, ajurvedski tretmani i masaže. Moguće je uživati i u raznim aktivnostima, među kojima su sportovi na vodi, joga i aerobik u vodi. Ovaj resort također ima knjižnicu i prostoriju sa sadržajima za brojne aktivnosti. U objektu je moguće plaćanje karticama Union Pay. Osoblje govori nekoliko jezika i rado će pomoći gostima oko svih upita. U restoranu KITCHEN poslužuju se jela međunarodne kuhinje, a u restoranu FIRE jela s roštilja. Resort W Maldives ima i restoran FISH, gdje gosti mogu uživati u specijalitetima s plodovima mora iznad Indijskog oceana. U baru SIP dostupni su kokteli i razna druga pića. Resort se nalazi na privatnom otoku u sklopu atola Sjeverni Ari, na 90 minuta vožnje gliserom ili 25 minuta vožnje hidroavionom od Međunarodne zračne luke Malé. Privatni salon W dostupan je u Međunarodnoj zračnoj luci Malé.

"I didn’t find the menu that much fir arabic customer as the recipe not good e,g :the flafel very hard and overcooked. Need to have mire option for the dinner as no arabic rice .. Also i didn’t like the club sandwich.."

"we had the full board deal, thank god. all food and drinks are overpriced. same as all extras. the final bill for the extras may be almost as the B&B bill. it is understandable that in an isolated place things are more expensive, thou it smells a little bit of taking an advantage. one thing I did not like is that the pictures of the villa showed by booking.com on my choice of villa were not for the villa we got. they in fact show the 2 br villa pictures (with the round pool) for every villa they sell but there is only one or 2 of those and not for the price advertised. in true honesty if they showed the real villa we got i may have chosen another property. overall the island is beautiful and the reef too, restaurants are good, breakfast too. But I did not get what I saw in the pictures. The resort is quite old and is getting ready to be restructured."
