"Nice decor, clean and well presented hotel. Felt safe and secure in the hotel. friendly staff and reasonable prices for everything"

"Minor fault was Hash Browns at breakfast were cold, none of the dishes holding hot food had any heat to them so hot breakfast was not hot."

"The best help your front desk made was helping us get a doctor to our hotel room to help my wife who had fallen and hurt her ribs prior to our arrival. Everyone was very kind. Thank you for your help"

"En general todo muy bien, servicio, limpieza y personal muy atento. Excelente ubicación."

"El clima no enfría muy bien es controlado centralmente. Hay que avisar a Mantenimiento para que lo calibren a la temperatura deseada. Confirmado con recepción. Algo incómodo porque te das cuenta cuando ya es noche. Para la próxima vez, me anticipo."

"The location was very good, close to the markets, restaurants and beautiful buildings. The room was a little on the small size but we did get the basic room. The wardrobe however, was not really useable as it did not have shelving inside it. A mini fridge would have also been a nice addition so that we could of had cold drinks in our room. The hot water was very good. We were also able to drop off our bags in the morning and check in later on. The hotel had a nice boutique feel, it was very cosy."

"The location is perfect, sorrounded by restaurants, bar and shops, still so close to the beach and yoga studios. The personal was very nice, Francesco gave me all the info I needed at the reception, kind and enjoying his job. Friendly and kind was also the personal in the restaurant. Definately a good choice for an accomodation in the amazing Holbox, waiting already to be back😊!"

"Great location in Guadalajara Centro. Easy walk to historical sites and big indoor market. Lobby and room were beautifully decorated and clean. Easy access to steet at both sides of the hotel. Bed was hard but still slept very well. TV had some English channels. Highly recommend this hotel!"
