"Lokacija, udobni kreveti, velik izbor TV programa. Hotel je udaljen 5 minuta hodanja od glavnog trga Zocalo, odmah pored hotela je stanica metroa i novog metrobusa 4 koji vozi direktno do zrače luke."

"Doručak nije švedski stol, nego se naručuje iz jelovnika i plaća po cjeniku. Za dolazak nakon 19 sati tražili su plaćanje unaprijed iako recepcija normalno radi 0-24. To je dosta neuobičajeno."

"In the historic centre of Madrid. Good breakfast in dining area. Close to Pino Suarez metro station which is on Line One to Chapultepec metro station for the art galleries, museums and a walk to Condesa and Roma Norte. Spacious room and good size bathroom. Helpful 24 hr reception."

"No air conditioning and the fan in the room didn't work. There was a replacement portable cooler, but it was so, so loud it was impossible to sleep with it on. Restaurant staff accused us of taking breakfast without paying on the 2nd day, and wouldn't concede that we didn't need to pay even when we showed them the booking email that confirmed breakfast was included. It took 10 minutes to convince them that we didn't want to pay twice for something we already paid for. Eventually they conceded after speaking to reception a couple of times. No apology whatsoever, rude and arrogant waiter."

"The location is excellent. Right next to the metro and a short walk to everywhere in old town. Bed was pretty big and great. Shower had warm water."
