"La habitación con calefacción bien, pero en la promoción ofrecía tina y no la tuvimos. La atención de las personas del mostrador bien, y el servicio de comida a la habitación, bien y buena relación precio-servicio."

"Staff, especially Pamela, were outstanding. All our needs were met and our stay was simply wonderful. The room was lovely and immaculate. There was a fireplace but we didn’t use it since the weather was pleasant. King size bed was comfortable and there were plenty of blankets. The breakfasts were fantastic! The entire hotel, including the lovely courtyard, was beautifully decorated and very well maintained. Quiet area. A walk to the plaza was pleasant and took less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend!!"

"The hotel is beautifully designed and is in a quaint and quiet area in the countryside. The bed was large and very comfortable with ample pillows for the two of us. The hotel room was very clean and quiet and a very good size. There is a wonderful spa on site, which you must pay extra for, but we have used it many times before and is well worth it. Breakfast is included and there was a good selection of traditional Mexican food. The coffee was to die for"

"I asked for a quiet room as there were a lot of families at the pool when I arrived on a Saturday afternoon. It quieted down considerably on Sunday as people left for the weekend. The room was clean and the bed extremely comfortable. I had an issue with the toilet and shower which were quickly addressed. The shower however was not very good - very little water pressure and very weak stream. Staff were very nice and attentive."
