"This was the best stay we had in whole Mexico. Even though the electricity was cut off for a couple of hours when we arrived, the personnel helped us with candles and everything we needed. Bathroom in the bedroom is a HUGE plus. We were very comfortable. The bed is amazing, the shower is convenient and it doesn’t have windows going outside, so the noise from the motorcycles was not too loud. Highly recommend! They have very nice breakfast with fresh juices in the lobby too!"

The rooms are a bit small but beautifully decorated and well appointed. The toiletries provided are top notch. The shower is wonderful."

"The room could have been a little bit bigger, with our big luggages it was not super spacious. Same for the bathroom it was a little tiny. Pretty loud till 11PM and starting 6AM because the windows are not really shielding noise."

"Design, materials and finishings are very tasteful and of high quality - truly deserving the description 'Boutique de Diseno'. The beds are extremely comfortable. The bar has a good selection of alcoholic of and alcoholic drinks. The staff is lovely and helped me book a fantastic riding excursion (with Mister Chuy owner of the 'Rancho La Mision' en Juliantla) and posted trousers that I had tailored in a local shop... Hotel William is the sister hotel of Agua Escondida and you have free use of its facilities (i.e. pool). Agua Escondida is just around the corner. It might be worthwhile checking out Agua Escondida (also very good but less 'design') as a better value option."

"The rooms seem pretty small. Though in our case the massive wardrobe helped as the suitcases could easily be stored. Part of Taxco's charm is the cobbled streets; the downside is that noises echo up even to the top floors."
