"Both the evening and morning staff were really friendly and helpful and they ordered a taxi for me in advance. Room was spacious and well equiped with a cooker and tea / coffee DIY assortment. Breakfast was good, well assorted and I got a real nice freshly brewed coffee. Breakfast hall is nicely furnitured and decorated and has a good view on the square."
"I requested a room high up, on the back side, away from the street. The room I got was next to the elevator, so not as quiet as expected; Had a great sleep though, as the hotel was overall quiet during the night."

"The building itself was rather old, though very well kept. As a result it was noisier than expected. My room was sat against the elevator shaft, and its noise resonated into the room. When I walked across the room even without shoes it would make a lot of noise. The neighbors could hear me and I could hear them."

"I just didnt like breakfast because ı couldnt find more options to eat enough .It could be more options.Also a coffee machine need to be there to drink however we want in the breakfast.Its not good that they ask me ıf ı want something to drink coffee or tea.they dont have coffee machine in the breakfast place."

"The staff are wonderful! So friendly and helpful .The entrance, bar and restaurant area are beautifully decorated. Well places for the station. I had a kettle and sachets to make a drink in my room. They were generous with the toiletries and good towels. The furniture in the bedroom was nice. The lift was quick and worked fine. Best thing was breakfast! Great choice and delicious coffee."
"A little dated bathroom, too clinical to relax. The bed on one side was very worn and the other almost as if no one has slept there. The tap was loose on the sink, the light switch repeatedly fell off and the bin in the bathroom was also broken."
