"The plumbing is terrible. It needs to be redone completely. Toilet needs to be adjusted manually all the time, otherwise it doesn’t fill the water or opposite - leaking all the time. The sink tap doesn’t work properly. The WiFi is the worst. You will only be able to read pages or texts. If you need voice calls or video calls - it won’t happen. Basically if you need to work remotely with calls - it is not your place"

"If you like being woken up at2:30 in the morning by the 20 roosters outside your window then enjoy. Also the hot water in the shower did not work. I rented a motorbike for 24 hours and the lady came and knocked on my door at 10 pm when we were in bed and said she wanted the keys! I still had half a day the next day on my rental. They advertised beachside which they were but the ocean was muddy and not a nice place to go swimming or even to relax at. It was also far from town and I definitely would not recommend!!!"

"The staff and owner were very helpful. Ask about the Bohol Show. They helped organize most of our activities and provided us with everything we needed. The rooms were clean and quiet. The kids loved the pool. The location is right on the water but only mangroves around so you need to take a tuktuk 10 minutes to Modela Beach or 20 minutes to Alona. Very easy to get a tuk-tuk from the road. You can also book a motorcycle to get around easier."

"The facilities are very simple and the location is not ideal but it provided us a great base to see anything on the island. Prices on the island are all quite expensive."

"Was under renovation and the work was poor and hurried. The toilet did not empty even after the management tried to plunge it. Many of the amenities were not available as advertised. The rooms need a microwave, small refrigerator, and a coffee maker."
