"Wash room maintenance should be a great concern to the property but unfortunately it does not get much attention. For instance the tap of the wash basin was just hanging loose in our wash room. The door lock of the wash room was very difficult to operate."

As the rooms are spacious, just a few changes here and there will go a long way in exceeding expectations of customers. Staff is very good and flexible and cooperative."
