"Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist wunderschön, mit Blick auf den Atlantik, die Nachbarinsel und auf den Pico. Alles war sehr sauber. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und würden immer wieder bei Ana buchen."

"Dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts - um ein Mietauto sollte man sich auf jeden Fall vorher kümmern. Uns wurde aber freundlicherweise bei einer spontanen Buchung vom Gastgeber geholfen."

"Ein hübsch renoviertes Häuschen mit einer vollständigen Ausstattung, guten Betten (sind inzwischen übrigens keine Stockbetten mehr sondern zwei Einzelbetten) und immer erreichbaren Gastgebern! Gaze vor fast allen Fenstern erlauben ein mückenfreies Übernachten. Es gibt auch Kakerlaken auf Pico, aber durch Köder ist das alles gut im Griff..Man kann grillen und draußen unterm Sonnenschirm frühstücken - mit Meerblick!"
"Leider bellen nachts gern die Nachbarshunde - aber, was soll man da machen? Im Schlafzimmer wäre noch ein Gaze vor dem Fenster gut, damit man nachts querlüften kann. Im Bad eine zusätzliche Ablage und ein funktionierender Korkenzieher für den leckeren Pico-Wein. Sonst ist echt alles perfekt."
"Heel aangename en sfeervolle vakantiewoning, goed gelegen op Pico, vlakbij de grote weg tussen Madalena en São Roque, maar zonder dat het storend werd. Van op het terras een prachtig uitzicht op het eiland São Jorge en op de berg Pico."

"Very nice place. Very quiet, in the middle of horses. It was so nice to sit on the veranda and soak in the atmosphere. The veranda is also very nicely sheltered from the wind."

"Cosy room.in a traditional old farm building. The table by the swimming pool had a fabulous vista down the valley to Vizela and beyond; perfect for watching the sunset directly ahead whilst bats fly around and sipping the delicious wine made by the family. We regret not bringing some home! The owner went the extra mile for us, for example taking our laundry and ironing even in the middle of a heatwave"

"The proprietor was wonderful. The common outside areas were very beautiful. The common inside area was a museum—-super interesting. The restaurant was very, very good! Fantastic! The rooms are just OK—clean and comfortable but little charm. Would definitely stay here again. Happily accomodated our bicycles in a secure room. Overall—super, just super!"
