"Loved all the decor. Breakfast and staff were incredible. Marcus at reception when we checked out super early looked after us and made our morning. Got us coffees and snacks for the drive to airport and when he found out where we were going he printed us out a list of places to go in Helskini. 10/10 service. Thanks Marcus!"

"We loved this hotel. It is in a fantastic position, across the water from the Royal Palace, next door to the National Museum of Fine Art and within easy walking distance of Gamla Stan, the King's Garden, Östermalm and the ABBA and Vasa museums. We had a great view of the Palace from our room! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the breakfast is excellent and the hotel is funky with incredible artwork and furniture. While the bathroom in our room was very small it was functional with a very good shower. We would absolutely stay here again."

"The location is great with subway a few minutes away and a bus stop just outside the hotel. Also the general location is excellent. The room was as per description and was very nice and the staff very, very friendly."
"This is not a 5 star hotel. It is a very good 4 star but certainly not 5 star. If you look for 5 star, go to the hotel next door. When you arrive, you need to carry yourself your luggage up a flight of stairs before you arrive to the reception. There is nobody to help you. The breakfast is basic but no more than that and again, not 5 star. They have morning papers which is excellent but when dark outside the breakfast room is very dark. The room has no main light switch and to turn off - for example - the floor lamp you have to bend over to the floor to find the very small switch. No reading lights at the bed sides and if you are in bed you can only look at the TV from the side in a 90' angle. Not for me to understand. For dinner they played very loud music so I skipped that."
