"There's a primary school very close, so weekday mornings can be a bit loud :) The 2 bunk bed's matress is extra firm in the 4-bed apartment."

"we had our own space, front room, bedroom and bathroom , great air conditioning in the bedroom, lots of water supplied, and the beds are huge. my family of 5 have just checked out and enjoyed our stay very much. there is a microwave and a hot water pot available in the room and a big fridge . There was a cot available for our 1 year old , and the washing facilities were great. the owners mother was wonderful and she hung out and dried all of our clothes, folded them so beautifully and also got my baby boys clothes looking brand new again. She really was wonderful and I want to take her to England with me. absolutely recommend this place for families and we would defiantly stay here again if we return to Chiang mai"

Rose est très réactive et a su se rendre disponible chaque fois que nous en avons eu besoin. La cour extérieure est agréable. Possibilité de laisser ses affaires avant le check in et après le check out."

"This is a privately owned apartment in a complex. It is ground floor in a quiet corner. The apartment is large and is modern with every conceivable appliance you could wish for in the kitchen/lounge.including large fridge, washing machine, hob and microwave. The Bedroom can be separated by ajoining doors. Bed huge and comfortable. Wardrobe large with lots of hangers. There's a safe in the lounge. Bathroom has a non slip walk in shower. There are separate AC units in the lounge/kitchen and Bedroom which is a great idea. You can sit out frint or back. Now the apartment is like a shop. It has games beach stuff sun hats even a couple of crash helmets if you want to rent a bike. The Pool is large and well designed with plenty of sun beds. 10 mins walk to beach.What I also liked was it was next door to Retro Sports Bar which showed all the Foootball Matches and had draft Guinness and next to that a great Kebab Shop."

"The location is near the airport (just 20-30 mins). There is nearby plaza with local restaurants and spa. 10 mins away to Lifestyle Mall, Pratunam, Platinum mall, Big C and wet market. Value to the money is good, though."
