"A nice, large hotel, located in a beautiful spot by the lake, away from the hustle of the city, but still quite close to the city (20 minutes). The staff is polite and attentive. The restaurant is good."

"The best breakfast we've had in Turkey in 3 weeks of travel! Comfortable bed, quiet room. Nice walk around lake."

"There was a built in wall fan making lots of noise when we arrived. When I complained (ready to move rooms) they said all rooms have them and it'll turn off at 5pm. The staff don't smile, or make eye contact. They seem unhappy we're there. We had had two staff smile, the breakfast server and the morning receptionist. Dinner in the restaurant was slow, they didn't have our choices and food was bland and only passable, and service was without a smile. I was surprised breakfast was so good after the poor evening meal. There's rubble, a few trip hazards and weeds around the place...needs tidying up."

"On the lake with a lovely lakeside walk. Breakfast was very good and lots of it."

"Rooms were clean and comfortable, but there was a lingering smell of smoke. I would expect smoking isn’t allowed in the rooms, but it was obvious people had been smoking in there. Also, the duvet was not wide enough for the lovely king size bed."

"we were going to attend a wedding in the area and this hotel served perfectly for a one night stay after a long drive duing the day and a long night at the wedding."

"apparently there is a miscommunication between booking and the hotel. because, from booking website you can secure the payment with amex and after checking in to your room you can hear a knock on the door to find an employee with a pos machine in hand saying "we couldn't get the payment". upon seeing your amex not going through but another card working, you get to realize they don't accept amex. that's totally fine, but finding this out after getting in the room is wrong. this should be told upfront and the employees have to be knowledgable about these basics."

"Wi-fi was good. Lot of free place for parking. Room was big and clean, we get lake view room, which had beautiful view of lake and Ankara at the early morning, The breakfasts was amazing, they serve us fresh and delicious Turkish breakfast. Definitely recommend this place to stay when traveling through Ankara."

"We chose this hotel at the Ankara point of our trip. It is marvellous to be by the lake. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We were also pleased that our room was upgraded. We are travelling with our own car and we did not have any parking problems. The staff is friendly and they patiently answer every question. The breakfast is satisfactory."
