"The hotel is great. Everything was perfect, starting with the welcome at the entrance door. The staff at the reception always answered questions immediately. The bars make sure that drinks are served on time. The staff in the restaurant is very careful, quickly but unobtrusively removes dirty dishes. Very good selection of food. One person carefully cleans the floor all the time and it is always perfectly clean. People work quickly but without stress, which is very important. After Mardan Palace, we had another premium hotel booked in Belek. Mardan Palace is much better. We will go to Mardan Palace again next year."

"although the hotel is fabulous, areas of the hotel are starting to look dated and in need of replacement for example the beautiful staircase which is the centre point of the hotel the carpet has worn out! a number of the taps in the toilets are loose, tiles in and around the swimming pool are missing.Not enough sunbeds for the size of the hotel, really need to get rid of the cabana beds people don't want to pay to hire for the day, 80% aren't used!! The location of the hotel is a little out of the way you need to get taxi's every where a round trip for 4 will cost around 30 euro's"

"outstanding hotel premises with a very big central pool, delicious options for lunch and dinner, nice beach from which you could swim to the front of the pier, everything is close-by and still it never feels crowded (perfect arrangement of the facilities)"
"the lake houses would offer a relaxing experience - BUT, we had to endure loud music until about midnight, having a relaxing glass of wine in the evening at the terrace was impossible + you could hear the bass in the rooms > thus, staying at the house was not worth the money and a good night's sleep was not possible before midnight ; the guest service does not meet a five stars standard - we had three inquiries of which none was answered in a satisfying manner (though nothing serious)"
