"Very clean and comfortable hotel. Bathroom is well stocked and strong shower. Large room. Boutique feel to it for sure. Staff- some excellent staff including Alex and John at reception who were helpful and friendly. Location is excellent near all the old town sites. Accommodating by letting us leave our luggage to go to Khiva for a trip. Arranged a complimentary transfer to the train station."

"Breakfast- cooked breakfast, not much choice but tasty nonetheless. Stayed in room 206. The door lock was not working properly and could not lock it overnight which is a safety issue although you are in the courtyard section of the hotel. As we got there late we did not mention it to them and felt safe in the hotel."

"Great small hotel in a quiet street and just around the corner from local attractions. The staff was excellent; particularly Alisher—he will do everything to make your stay exceptional. Nice clean rooms and comfortable beds. Taxis are able to drive you up to and pick you up at the hotel’s front door. I truly enjoyed my stay."

"- Very clean and comfortable rooms. - Really great breakfasts with fresh fruits, eggs, local delicacies and delicious coffee. - Exceptional service. Some specifics: - Arranged a shower seat and easy access room for my disabled mother - Specially arranged to cook breakfast omelettes with olive oil and without milk to help with my sisters gluten and dairy intolerance. - Helped arrange transportation from and to the train station. - Offered to help organise tours."

"Very good in all respects.The front desk is very warm-hearted, even if I forget registration at checkout, it will be sent to me on whatsapp in time.The location of the hotel is very good, and toki sarronfon is a two-minute walk away.Breakfast is delicious, you can eat local food and seasonal fruits.The room is large and clean, and the toiletries are fully prepared.The air conditioning and bathing are also very satisfactory, which is what I care about very much."
