The facilities in the rooms need updating. The breakfast could offer more choices. After the 4th day ,it would be nice to have a change. There was limited seating in the shade for breakfast.

Hard to find. In need of renovation but it seems like it's underway.

Not having a pool

Could pave the pathway to the pool a bit better so not to always track dirt to and from the house . The lounge chair area is tight - hard to navigate multiple people finding a seat as there isn’t space to walk around the chairs . For our group that was a bit elderly it wasn’t convenient

"The location in Lance Aux Epines was excellent. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, yet close to beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. The home is large and well maintained, the furnishings are comfortable and it included everything we needed. Yare was very accommodating to our special requests and communication with her was the best we have had in all of our short term rentals anywhere. Samantha who met us on site on check-in was very also friendly and helpful."

The house provides good privacy, but this seemed to impede air flow for cross breezes leading to hot rooms if you don't purchase the additional air conditioning (e.g. Kitchen).

"Very spacious, very private. It was comfortable. We were kindly met at San Marino bus station and taken to the villa. Also kindly taken to the supermarket first to buy some food as the villa is very isolated. Taxi was recommended to us, and was reliable and comfortable. The area was amazing to visit. Information was sent to us to answer our questions. Prompt response."

The villa was further away from the main area of San Marino than expected. As we did not have a car, we were reliant on a taxi, which worked out very expensive. There were a few items in the sink which looked as if intended to be washed up but forgotten. We struggled with sorting out the TV and also finding the right adapter for our chargers and could not find a familiar kettle. These were little things but frustrating after a long journey. It would have been helpful to have an information booklet to explain some of these things so we did not have to keep asking our host.

"3층짜리 단독빌라로 넓고 환한 방이 2층에 3개, 3층에 2개, 화장실과 욕실도 2,3층에 있어서 7명이 쓰기에 너무 좋음. 1층은 넓은 거실과 정수기가 비치된 주방까지 흠 잡을 것이 없음."

시압바자르나 둘러볼만한 곳들이 위치한 곳과는 거리가 멀어 항상 얀덱스로 이동해야 하는 것이 불편함. 호스트가 미리 와이파이 이동 비용을 지불하지 않아 2일 (주말)내내 무료 와이파이를 사용하지 못함.

The water pressure is too slow and the road to go the house is a bit bad road.

Wszystko było okay

"Das großzügige Platzangebot. Gemütliche Einrichtung. Hochstühle für Kleinkinder sowie Babybett sind vorhanden. Im Treppenhaus steht auch ein Schrank mit Büchern und Spielen. Ebenso sind Staubsauger vorhanden. Für eine alte Villa war die Wohnung gut in Schuss."

Zwei Punkte möchte ich anmerken. In der Loggia links neben der Tür, war eine Fenstervertäfelung locker. Die müsste wieder festgeklebt werden. Und der Buffetschrank im Wohnzimmer ist nicht mit der Wand verbunden. Da das Angebot auch an Familien mit Kleinkindern gerichtet ist, sollte hier nachgebessert werden.

"The guest house AIDA is a huge villa. It has 4 different bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 3 different common living rooms. It can accommodate up to 10 people with lots of available indoor space for everyone. There is one shared pool with 2 other guest houses and lots of outdoors common spaces that you use. One of the common spaces has a very nice seating around a fire pit, the host provided us with firewood and help to light the fire. The host was very friendly and very responsive to all our questions."

The beds can be more comfortable, but they were ok for 1 night. There are no ACs in the rooms, but the weather in that area is already chilled, and they provided 4 different electric fans for all the rooms.

"Villa Fleur de Lys is a great sized villa, right on the beach, with a swimming pool and has excellent amenities. The rooms are large, with comfortable beds and en suite bathrooms. There is a kid's games room and an entertainment centre with a gym, foosball table, ping pong table and pool table. The included breakfast is big enough and the restaurant provided large portion sizes. The beach is okay for swimming, but aqua shoes are recommended as there are rocks."

"Objekt je blizu ceste, ali ne smeta jer je predivan okoliš i zelenilo oko njega. Soba je kvadraturom prostrana. Dobar doručak. Gospođa na doručku jako ljubazna i uslužna. Parking ispred objekta osiguran."

Rezervirali smo sobu s bračnim krevetom, dobili smo sobu s dva odvojena kreveta, ali spojena u "bračni". Tv u sobi nije radio. Ostalo ok.

"De ligging van Casa Baronesa kan niet beter, direct aan een mooi strand, met achter het huis, gescheiden van het strand via een poortje, nog een stukje privé strand. Het huis is zeer ruim en smaakvol ingericht. Het uitzicht vanuit de slaapkamers op zee is fenomenaal. Verder zijn in de directe nabijheid de nodige restaurantjes te vinden."

De huisraad - met name het bestek en de pannen - was niet op peil en dient te worden aangevuld. Verder zouden een broodrooster en een vaatwasser welkom zijn. Het gemis hieraan heeft de pret echter zeker niet mogen drukken.

"Beautiful colonial house in a great location for everything in Granada. Spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable.Wonderful to have a pool and huge hammock to relax in. Great and friendly property manager."

"Een heerlijke plek 15 minuten rijdend vanaf het centrum van Zlatibor. Het huisje was schoon en ruim. Naast het huisje een mooi zwembad. De eigenaar was fantastisch aardig."

Helaas geen airconditioning. Dus in de zomer vrij warm.
