This place is fantastic, so reluctant to put neg things here! The following tweaks would have made it perfect! A well placed (thicker) hedge at the front could provide more privacy for the small patio area which sits at front of the house (roadside). Shops and restaurants nearby. The facilities are really modern so was surprised no dimmer switch on lights. A lamp could help with soft lighting. More translated material for non Japanese. English in my case.

This was a good bed and breakfast stay for us, only thing I didn’t like was the price but that’s nothing to do with the property it’s just a netherlands standard thing which is around 200 per night

The conversion and history was amazing along with the friendliness and helpfulness of the owner. The kids loved the pool with the different lights and jacuzzi and they had great fun. Also had beach towels which was a plus. There was a full sized table tennis table which was also good fun. Location was really good and situated in a beautiful place. Shops were extremely close and it also had advantage of it being open 24 hours a day. They had bbq facilities as well however due to the weather we never got a chance to use this. The owner even bought and delivered us a birthday cake for someone in our party which was delicious."

"The complex is at a very good location and close to the slopes of Malina ski lift, which is less than 5' with a car. The staff is very friendly and ready to help. The food is typically Bulgarian and tasty, for our 5 days we tried lot of Rodopian dishes ( the lamb was amazing).. The room, we were in a house, was spacious and the beds was quite comfortable. Thank you, I succeed to sleep. We didn't used the kitchen, but maybe some more socks on the side of the microwave would be useful."

The living room was enough spacious but the sofa was small, not so comfortable and small for 4 people. I would recommend to forbid the smoking in the jacuzzi and would take out the tv from the Russian bad. Also, I regret that the cold pool in the space of Russian bad was not full. But despite of these small inconveniences I recommend fully the space! Thank you for the hospitality!
