The facilities in the rooms need updating. The breakfast could offer more choices. After the 4th day ,it would be nice to have a change. There was limited seating in the shade for breakfast.

I don't like the fact that there's is no TV in any of the rooms we rented.

The staff, especially Tom, were amazing! 🤩 I was feeling pretty sick, but Tom went above and beyond, providing me with electrolytes and making sure I was comfortable. His kindness and care made a huge difference. Overall, I'd give Ban Lakkham River View Hotel 5/5 stars for location and staff. Would definitely recommend and stay again! 🏨💕"

"The house was very charming. The views were gorgeous. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the gas fireplace! The kitchen was outfitted with lots of dishes, serving dishes, utensils and everything you can think of. We appreciated that."

The kitchen was very cold. The hot tub was older and had a bit of a musty smell and all the jets didnt work. But it was great to have it in a screened in porch. Theres only 1 main bathroom and 1 ensuite. So if you dont mind people walking into your bedroom to get to the 2nd bathroom.

"Das großzügige Platzangebot. Gemütliche Einrichtung. Hochstühle für Kleinkinder sowie Babybett sind vorhanden. Im Treppenhaus steht auch ein Schrank mit Büchern und Spielen. Ebenso sind Staubsauger vorhanden. Für eine alte Villa war die Wohnung gut in Schuss."

Zwei Punkte möchte ich anmerken. In der Loggia links neben der Tür, war eine Fenstervertäfelung locker. Die müsste wieder festgeklebt werden. Und der Buffetschrank im Wohnzimmer ist nicht mit der Wand verbunden. Da das Angebot auch an Familien mit Kleinkindern gerichtet ist, sollte hier nachgebessert werden.

"The house was spacious (can park approximately 6 cars), clean and equipped with all necessities. All furniture were new. Also, the host was so thoughtful to provide cooking ingredients including rice, eggs, sardines, shallots and chillies just in case we're hungry at night or for the sahur. There was nothing that I didn't like. It was beyond my expectation. Perhaps, it would have been better if the host utilizes some space for a mini pool (for those with kids) or put indoor game facilities. But as for me and my teen children, it was great already.

The food was excellent too. Finally the staff was very kind and efficient. There are several cats on the property - to be mentioned for those who it could be an issue. Also, the property did not serve any alcohol."

"3층짜리 단독빌라로 넓고 환한 방이 2층에 3개, 3층에 2개, 화장실과 욕실도 2,3층에 있어서 7명이 쓰기에 너무 좋음. 1층은 넓은 거실과 정수기가 비치된 주방까지 흠 잡을 것이 없음."

시압바자르나 둘러볼만한 곳들이 위치한 곳과는 거리가 멀어 항상 얀덱스로 이동해야 하는 것이 불편함. 호스트가 미리 와이파이 이동 비용을 지불하지 않아 2일 (주말)내내 무료 와이파이를 사용하지 못함.

"The owners are very friendly - they even celebrated New Year night with us. The property is very green and beautiful, and there is parking available inside the yard. The room is very large and spacious, and you can go swimming right outside your door. Snorkeling is great, especially near the shipwreck. There is a kayak, which my husband used to go fishing. Laundry service is available upon request. We were pleasantly surprised to find delicious bananas waiting for us in the room. I highly recommend staying here - you won’t regret it!"

There was no parking available at our arrival. We didn't knew it needed to be reserved in advance. But very helpful staff helped resolve this small problem pretty fast.
