"Frühstück super, koreanisch und europäisch, sehr nettes Personal, sauber, Laundry Service mit Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden, Nähe Metro, ansonsten Lage im Buisness Destrict, wenig Restaurants oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Aber in 10min ist man in Ansan mit Taxi oder Bus."

"The AURA Hotel in Ansan is well located, with restaurants and other facilities within easy reach. I would like to positively mention that the hotel reacted to my previous feedback regarding the emergency safety/fire lights in the guest rooms. In the rooms I stayed in recently, these life-saving emergency lights were working properly again, which I appreciate."

"The only negative point is that the windows in the guest rooms are still very dirty. They have not been cleaned for at least three years, and I have been staying at this hotel roughly twice per month during that time."

"This was a more decent hotel than I had expected. It was hard to find a hotel like this one in this area. I was told that every room has a steam dresser which is very cool. And all the items in the hotel are kind of new so you can enjoy them fresh."

"I think it's not a big deal but if you try to get there by bus, I gotta say just get a cab. It's not even far from the center of the city."
