"Staff was so friendly ..everyday I ask her to get me a taxi to go out and she very helpful.."

"None"

"We booked our stay here on a bit of a whim and as soon as we walked into the room wished we had booked longer than 1 night! The room was absolutely stunning and so much more impressive than it looked in the photos, the bathroom had a lovely spa bath. Location was very central and it was a lovely spot to explore the strip on foot and grab a meal at one of the many restaurants nearby. Staff were extremely helpful in assiting us to book a limo service to the ferry terminal on our departure & catching the coach on arrival at the terminal was also very easy."

"There was fan noise that ran all night that we couldn't seem to turn off and therefore unfortunately interupted our sleep."

"High standard in the middle of Macau! Pool, casino, shops (high end), spa, amazing views"

"Wish we’d booked MGM COATAI as more things like coffee shop etc but still great!"

"Breakfast room service was amazing! The poolside service and the general manager was amazing as a person ! Really amazing room and bathtub as well as room amenities"

"Unclear about whether pool was closed or open during typhoon, lifeguards that did not really greet or interact and seem to have a poor attitude to swimmers at the hotel"

"The hotel room was clean and the staff was tentative for organizing my husbands birthday cake. Made his birthday very memorable."

"Not many shops in the building and shuttles running at a later time"
