"1. The staff were the highlight of our stay. From the owner, Atilla bey to all other personnel such as Harun bey and Samet bey, everyone was genuinely lovely, generous, welcoming and caring. 2. The character of the hotel is so cosy and authentic. 3. The location could not be more ideal."

"- The staff was amazing, very attentive and helpful with everything from check-in to check-out. - Rooms were nice and spacious. - Nice thermal facility that is open until late so you can enjoy it after skiing if visiting in winter. - Good location."

"My stay at the Hampton by Hilton Bursa was very pleasant. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and well organized, which makes the experience very positive for both business and leisure trips. I would especially like to highlight Vedat, who works the afternoon shift at the bar/restaurant. He is a very attentive, professional, and friendly employee. It is clear that he puts effort into providing good service and making guests feel well taken care of. Overall, I had a very good experience and would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Bursa."

"We had all the comfort we wanted! Large room, with heating/air conditioning, kettle (for tea/coffee), minibar, hot tub, TV, permanent hot water! Breakfast was very varied and tasty. The thermal pool is wonderful (36-38 °), has sauna and massage options, and free parking. Nearby you have very good restaurants, a minimarket, and the Karagöz museum. The staff is very well prepared and ready to respond to any request. Thank you for a wonderful stay"
