"The place feels like home and is just on the edge of the national park. The owner made sure I had everything I needed, even though he wasn't there for the majority of my stay. Suds and Didi that help at the guest house were so amazing. Very caring and friendly and made sure I was entertained during my stay. Didi's cooking is the best I had during my travels in Nepal. This place might not be for people that like comfortable hotels, but I loved staying in a mud house and being this close to nature. I highly recommend it."

"We booked last minute because of issues with previous accommodation, not only they quickly prepared the place and let us see it before we pay but they also offered us a higher standard villa since it was free! In the morning we got fresh local snack from the owner and fruits as a welcome gift. Outside there is a hammock and small playground for the kids. After traumatic experience from the day it was a super nice relief!"

Could do with a kettle since boiling water in the pot in not comfortable (I noticed kettles are not really common in apartments in Panama though)

"All new and well planned. Top quality shower unit and ceiling fan. Spotlessly clean. Good air-conditioning. Everything has been thought of by the host: iron and board; kettle, cups, bowls, plates, coffee, sugar, creamer; towel rack and prayer mat; hangers in the wardrobe. The shower is marvellous: various shower heads and taps; good shower gel, shampoo and toothpaste provided, shelves for bottles and a rack for hanging towels etc. The basin and mirror are good for shaving."

There was a smell from the drain, but this can be reduced leaving the bathroom fan on. The call to prayer is very close by. The window coverings are pretty, but it would be nice to look out of the front window. The blinds should be enough.

The owner's agony on low power consumption is obvious. 1) the fuse controling TV & AirConditioner was off - had to do a bit of troubleshooting in order to get the TV operational 2) lighting in the room extremely low 3) stove required ~45 minutes to prepare one cup of coffee. The road to get to the property is suitable for one way traffic. If you crossed with another vehicle one of the two would have to reverse. Pet friendliness was limited to the owner's pets and was not extended to the guests' pets. The owner resented the fact that I traveled with my pet noticing that I should have informed up-front.
