"I had a room that had a private door leading to a little terrace which was nice. The inn is also located in a quiet residential area so it felt cozy and relaxing."

A bit of a walk to central Torshavn, but doable if you're capable.

If you are a light sleeper, you might find the noise from the road (10m away) and the railway behind it excessive, as well as noise from the next door neighbours with small kids, etc.

"Mama MIREKA highly recommend. She is such a beautiful host. House is immaculate yards are very tidy. Absolutely enjoyed our stay. loved listening to her speak of her children. the love in her eye's that that shows for her children and moko's that live in Aotearoa when speaking of them. As well as her belated husband. Thank you so much for everything and opening up your home and making us feel like family I will always remember the aroha that you have shown us whilst our visit to Rarotonga. I wish you nothing but the best. I hope anyone that books your house respects and appreciates you and your beautiful whare/ house that you work hard to maintain. "The property is in a great location, close to all different kinds of food and walkable to the waterfront. Everything is very clean, quiet and comfortable. The host is lovely and friendly, making us feel very welcome. Facilities are great, and there is a washing machine you can use free of charge. Aircon works well."

The shower is cold, but it’s manageable because it’s so hot.

"What I liked most was that Mrs Maryanne made me feel at home. She was very willing and attentive to any thing. Also her son's Runy and Jimmy were very kind and helpful to any of my needs.."

The Guesthouse Is set in the middle of the beautiful and lush nature and close to everything and also with a bus stop just across from the property..

Lovely views across the mountains and also down to the lake. Easy walk down to the lake with a nice hotel/restaurant and even a small supermarket at the bottom of the road. About another 20 minutes into the town itself, along the footpath. So great location; peaceful and quiet without the Bled town crowds and traffic."

The hot water system will drive you mad - if, like us, you were brought up not to waste water! And bring your own shower gel etc.

"Chez Fabien on n'a pas l'impression d'être des locataires, mais des amis accueillis à bas ouverts. Fabien veille à tout, à la propreté, au bien être. Il conseille sur les promenades à faire, sur les choses à faire et à voir."

Tout était vraiment parfait. Si nous devons repartir en Guyane nous savons où aller.

"Very nice and special place, 15 min from the town (it's a beautiful walk along the beach). Placed tight at the beach. Very beautiful common areas with a great unique vibe. Eggs, onions and garlic for cooking available, coffee too. Andres is always around, very nice and helpful. Great atmosphere. Beautiful stars in the night."

You can only charge your electronic devices if you give them to Andres (which is easy enough though because he is around a lot). And it's understandable given the location of the hostel.

"My stay at this guest house was absolutely fantastic! The host was excellent, very kind, and provided a lot of detailed advice before my trip, which was incredibly helpful. Staying in a whole house was great! The location allowed me to spend very quiet and comfortable nights. It was conveniently situated close to the coastal road and within easy walking distance. When I travel to Tonga again, I will definitely choose to stay here! Highly recommend."

"That’s amazing studio flat in a very nice hotel. It is sad that is sharing apartment, but you don’t share anything. You have your private bathroom, washing machine, private kitchen, private balcony, the only thing you share is one door to get to your flat. There are food shops and restaurants all around. Tram and bus stops very close. Metro station is about 1 km away, but you can take tram to get there, it takes two stops. Apartment was clean, nice clean white sheets, clean good towel, shampoo and hair conditioner. Security downstairs so you feel absolutely safe. Location is good for taking a walk by the marina to see yachts and a wonderful view to all buildings around. Wi-fi was good."

There is nothing in the kitchen, no spoons, no forks, no cups, no plates, absolutely empty. I had to buy a cup just to make coffee. Had to wait host for 1,5 hour. The main things to see are far away from the property, you need to take metro and ride 10-15 stops to see burj khalifa, the frame, future museum and ect. At least it’s one line. There was bad smell in the kitchen (can’t understand where it was coming from) had to keep balcony’s door open all the time. Very noisy street outside, cars and trams traffic all the time.
