"Lokacija je sjajna, posebno za turističke obilaske grada. Osoblje je ljubazno i susretljivo. Iako hotel nema vlastiti parking, bilo je lako pronaći parking u neposrednoj blizini."

"Sobe su pomalo zastarjele. Nema klimatizacije (iako nije niti bila potrebna), malo utičnica u sobi, manjak opreme za odlaganje u kupaonici, TV je malen."

"The location was superb, close to train station and main square of old Town. Easy to find. Lots around area: shops cafés, restaurants and bars. Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice, delicious food and the breakfast room staff were really friendly and welcoming. Room clean and windows opened fully! Nice view, great noise reduction from glazing. We would come back when next in Krakow."

"Reception staff not welcoming. Barely looked up and never said hello or bye even when you did. Rooms are tired and need some updating. Pillows are awful. Did get extra pillow but like sleeping on cottonwool. No tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast room needs some background music or the news on the TV to soften the stark silence."

"Lovely Hotel in the Heart of Krakow I had a great stay at this hotel during my visit to Krakow. The location was perfect for exploring the Old Town and nearby attractions. The room was comfortable and quiet, providing a peaceful retreat after busy days of sightseeing. The staff was helpful and courteous, always willing to assist with any questions. Breakfast offered a nice selection to start the day. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Krakow!"
