Hostel Lisb'on smješten je u centru elegantne četvrti Chiado, u obnovljenoj baroknoj palači s panoramskom krovnom terasom, s koje se pruža prekrasan pogled na rijeku i Lisabon. Odlikuje se dizajnerskim uređenjem interijera i na zahtjev za goste u ponudi ima svakodnevne besplatne obilaske pješice. Sobe objekta Lisb'on zvučno su izolirane i namijenjene nepušačima. Besplatan WiFi dostupan je u cijelom objektu, a svaka je jedinica klimatizirana i ima panoramski pogled na okolicu. Kupaonice s tuševima su zajedničke i nalaze se na svakom katu. U sklopu objekta na raspolaganju su dobro opremljena zajednička kuhinja i blagovaonica. U sklopu objekta dostupan je bar u kojem je moguće kušati domaća žestoka pića ili poznata portugalska vina, dok su bezalkoholna pića na raspolaganju 24 sata dnevno, 7 dana tjedno na prodajnim automatima u objektu. U okolici se također nalazi mnoštvo restorana za goste koji žele isprobati renomiranu portugalsku gastronomiju. U mjesto boravkaskom se dvorištu nalaze ležaljke i vreće za sjedenje gdje gosti mogu provesti opuštajuće poslijepodne. U predvorju hostela Lisb'on dostupno je nekoliko računala s besplatnim bežičnim pristupom internetu (WiFi). Biljarski stol nalazi se pored bara, stoga gosti u igri mogu uživati uz osvježavajuće piće. Izgled objekta je dinamičan jer se izložena umjetnička djela redovito mijenjaju, kao i neki od ukrasnih detalja. U blizini su smještene poznate znamenitosti, poput dinamičnih trgova Rossio i Comercio. Postaja podzemne željeznice Cais do Sodré Metro i željeznički kolodvor udaljeni su 400 metara od hostela Lisb'on. Osoblje za goste na zahtjev može organizirati uslugu prijevoza iz/do zračne luke i razne događaje u objektu, kao što su karaoke.

"I had a pleasant stay. I have booked my stay for 2 nights and the hostel is a bit far from the main line train or bus station. But you will get trams and metros to the nearest station and it’s only 6 minutes walk from the stop. Getting around was easy and it’s a hub for weekend evening and watching sunset over the bridge was great. The reception is 24 hrs so you can come and go as you wish. The place was clean and you will get good ally views by just sitting on the window side. They serve breakfast. The option is limited but worth trying it if wanna have a quiet but great stay."

"Great location, nice inside, stairs, all decoration, working places, billard, big kitchen. Nice people from the personel, on my first day I was surprised there were no eggs for breakfast and a lovely girl from the personel shared with me her eggs :)"
"My bag with food, cooking accessories, lunch boxes and medications was thrown away from the kitchen shelf while I had correct visible label there. Good it happened on my last day so I could continue my treatment after coming back home, but it was very surprising that the whole bag with the accessories and my special food was just put to the trash without checking the written label. But at least the personel offered me gluten-free bread so I could eat breakfast. Also many toilets out of service, lack of paper."

"The location is superb, few minutes of walk and you have metro, tram and nice restaurants, touristic streets and close to walkable destinations like Barro Alta, Chiado,São Roque museum and church. The cafeteria is big, some options for everybody in the buffet breakfast if you are vegetarian or vegan, though no knife for peeling your apple, good luck with butter knives :D, nice balcony and view, you can eat your breakfast there as well. there is a lift, there are enough bathrooms and toilets available each floor for both men and women in their restrooms, you dont need to wait/queue in the morning."

"The location is great, it is a good value for money, I liked the community spaces, the roof terrace and the garden. The staff was very kind & helpful, even when I had a problem in the middle of the night, and I am really grateful for the help which turned my stay from meh to amazing."
