"Nice house, comfortable kitchen, small bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Great place to relax with your family and friends. The host is hospitable, responsive and friendly. The rooms are super clean and are equipped with everything you need. There are the best restaurants nearby and the Sevanavank monastery which offers you the most outstanding view of Lake Sevan. "The owner is jovial and met me personally. I appreciated that. Nirok is a fairly new place, you have a view of the lake, I felt comfortable there and I slept well in a big bed. There is also a menu in the cabin where you can order good and affordable food. For those on foot, you can use a footbridge over the highway to get to the city center. No problem."

"The first day there was an excavator that worked for 4-5 hours. Very noisy. But this passed and has nothing to do with the big picture."

"This place is probavly nice in summer, when you do not need a heating or a functioning jacuzzi or a sauna. The location is great."

"We booked the room with sauna and jacuzzi. That was the main reason we booked the room. The sauna was supposed to be included in the room (since it is inside the room and takes much of its space!). At the accomodation we asked how to properly switch it on and were told that it cost around 20€ for 2 hours (they switched of the fuse). That was nearly as much as the cost for the room. We protested noting that in the booking.com entry it was said that the room comes with sauna! We were then "granted" one hour of sauna for free. The employee switched it off after that. The room had no heating and it was horribly cold. We thought, well we can warm up in the jacuzzi then. But boy were we wrong. It was leaking! Water was running into the room from underneath, reaching the bed and our clothes. We had to sacrifice the towels. What a joke. On top of that, we had to ask for nearly everything, including wifi password and did not feel welcome at all. No information on anything. The young worker was not even informed that guests are coming. She still had the washing machine on, which was in a separate room, as was the shower and toilet associated with the room. When asked for an invoice, they would not give it and I can not use the booking.com entry, its not a legal invoice for my employer (stay was part of a business trip). The impudence to charge money while advertising something comes included is just too much."
